As a fixed income family <br />we can barely afford water bills which have been going higher and higher . We <br />are already conservative in our use, using recycled water, not watering lawn , <br />once a week laundry loads, no dishwasher use, etc. we are doing our part to <br />cut back and now this 4 year increase. Implore Implore you, Do Not raise water <br />rate for senior citizens we can't afford it. Thank you, Laura S <br />
