Unless subject to more limited parking requirements established by State law or <br />local policies and regulations with respect to sites within specified distance of <br />major transit stops such as BART, manufacturing plants and other industrial <br />uses, innovation-based businesses, warehouses, storage buildings, and storage <br />facilities combined with commercial or industrial uses—one space for each <br />employee on the maximum shift, or one space for each 300 square feet of gross <br />floor area. <br /> <br />Chapter 18.92 Off-Street Loading Facilities is hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />§ 18.92.030. Schedule of off-street loading berth requirements. <br /> <br />E.
