Page 5 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />Recycled Water Rates – The Table 2 below shows the impacts of the proposed recycled water <br />rates on bills for customers with a 1-1/2-inch meter (the most common customer) at various <br />levels of bimonthly usage. <br /> <br /> <br />Drought Rates – The Figures 4 and 5 below illustrate the impacts of the proposed drought <br />rates for a single-family customer with a 5/8-inch meter with average usage of 24 ccf every <br />two months under Stage 2 and 3 drought emergencies (the most common customer under the <br />most likely drought conditions). Under both stages, the customer will receive additional <br />charges due to the drought surcharge.
