Please read your policy carefully to determine your rights, duties, and <br />what is and what is not covered by your policy. This Notice should only be used to provide <br />information concerning the possible impact of your insurance coverage as it relates to directives <br />issued by OFAC. <br />PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY. <br />OFAC administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions and places restrictions on certain <br />transactions. OFAC acts pursuant to Executive Orders of the President of the United States and <br />specific legislation. OFAC has identified and named numerous foreign agents, front <br />organizations, terrorists, terrorist organizations, and narcotics traffickers, among others, as <br />“Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons.” The complete list can be found on the <br />United States Treasury website – http://www.treas.gov/ofac. <br />Various trade or economic sanctions and other laws or regulations prohibit us from providing <br />insurance in certain circumstances. In accordance with OFAC regulations, if it is determined that <br />you or any other insured, or any person or entity claiming the benefits of this insurance has <br />violated U.S. sanctions law or is a Specially Designated National and Blocked Person, as <br />identified by OFAC, this insurance contract is considered a blocked or frozen contract and will <br />be considered null and void. When an insurance policy is considered to be a blocked or frozen <br />contract, all provisions of this insurance will be immediately subject to OFAC, and neither <br />payments nor premium refunds may be made without authorization from OFAC.
