<br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

<br />RLIPack® ASBESTOS EXCLUSION
<br />
<br />
<br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following:
<br />
<br />BUSINESSOWNERS COVERAGE FORM - SECTION II - LIABILITY
<br />
<br />The following exclusion is added to B. Exclusions:
<br />This insurance does not apply to "bodily injury,"
<br />"property damage," "personal and advertising injury,"
<br />or medical payments arising out of:
<br />1. Asbestos, asbestos fibers or asbestos products or
<br />to any obligation of the insured to indemnify
<br />another and/or contribute with another because of
<br />damages arising out of, or as a result of such "bodily
<br />injury," "property damage," "personal and advertising
<br />injury," or medical payments;
<br />2. Any supervision, instructions, recommendations,
<br />notices, warnings, testing, monitoring or advice
<br />given or which should have been given in
<br />connection with the manufacturing, selling, renting,
<br />consulting, removal, demolition, and/or distributing
<br />of asbestos, asbestos fibers or asbestos products
<br />or products or premises containing asbestos;
<br />3. Removal of asbestos or products containing
<br />asbestos including:
<br />a. Cost of asbestos removal and replacement with
<br />other fire retardant materials;
<br />b. "Property damage" in the course of removing
<br />asbestos, asbestos fibers or asbestos products.
<br />4. Any loss, cost or expense arising out of any
<br />request, demand or order that any insured or
<br />others test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain,
<br />treat, detoxify or neutralize, or in any way respond
<br />to, or assess the effects of asbestos, asbestos
<br />fibers, or asbestos products; or
<br />5. Any loss, cost or expense arising out of any claim
<br />or "suit" by or on behalf of a governmental authority
<br />for damages, because of testing for, monitoring,
<br />cleaning up, removing, containing, treating,
<br />detoxifying or neutralizing, or in any way
<br />responding to, or assessing the effects of asbestos,
<br />asbestos fibers, or asbestos products.
<br />In addition, we shall not be obligated to investigate, to pay
<br />any claim or judgment or to defend any "suit" for "bodily
<br />injury," "property damage," "personal and advertising
<br />injury," or medical payments caused by, resulting from
<br />or arising out of asbestos, asbestos fibers or asbestos
<br />products.
