<br />This letter is to inform you that Mark Thomas is submitting Budget Amendment Request #3 to our original contract dated
<br />December 6, 2022, for reallocation of budget within our existing contract and for added budget for the following out -of-scope
<br />work encountered to date, summarized in the attached scope of work.
<br />The terms and requirements stated in the original contract remain in full force and effect. With this budget amendment reques t
<br />of $364,757.65, offset by a reallocation of budget from existing tasks totaling $140,039.53 the total contract budget will
<br />increase by $222,173.44, from $2,773,516.15 to $2,995,689.59. The following table summarizes the tasks and respective
<br />budgets reallocated from existing contract items.
<br />Please review the attached scope of work and Fee, including the proposed breakdown of the reallocation in the table below.
