EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Consultant's Services <br />Consultant shall provide to the City executive recruitment services on an as-needed basis. <br />Compensation <br />For each recruitment assigned under this agreement,the Consultant shall provide a written <br />proposal specifying detailed rates,professional fees,and a not-to-exceed amount for <br />reimbursable expenses.These include,but are not limited to,advertising,recruitment brochure <br />and mailing,administrative and project support,shipping and FedEx costs,background and <br />record checks,and consultant travel (mileage,tolls,and hotel). <br />Such proposals shall be incorporated by reference under this agreement. <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />Docusign Envelope ID: B71633A4-593C-438B-AE1D-4417A3E65F39
