AMADOR-LIVERMORE VALLEY HISTORICAL SOCIETY - FOURTH AMENDMENT

THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT This Third Amendment to Lease Agreement ("Amendment") is entered into this ~ day of Ap .. 1.,J 2021 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and the Amador Livermore Valley Historical Society ("AL VHS"). Whereas, on January 3, 2006 the City and AL VHS entered into a Lease Agreement for the ALVHS's use of 603 Main Street, which lease was extended on June 30, 2011 by the Amendment to Agreement, and again on February 20, 2018 by the Amendment to Agreement (collectively the "Lease"); and Whereas, the parties desire to have the AL VHS continue to use the property for an additional five (5) years for the purposes set forth tn the Lease. Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 2. of the Lease is extended to January 3, 2026. 2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 3. This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. Counterparts may be delivered via facsimile, electronic mail (including pdf or any electronic signature complying with U.S. federal E-Sign Act of 2000 (15 U.S. Code §7001 et seq.), California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Cal. Civil Code § 1633.1 et seq.), or other applicable law) or other transmission method, and any counterpart so delivered shall be deemed to have been duly and validly delivered and be valid and effective for all purposes. In witness whereof, authorized representatives of the parties have executed this Third Amendment to Lease Agreement as of the date and year first above written.
