Attachment 5 <br />Chair Shah opened public comment. There being no speakers Chair Shah closed the public <br />comment. <br />MATTERS FOR THE COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION / INFORMATION <br />3. Provide a Recommendation to the City Council to Adopt the Draft Council Priorities <br />for Fiscal Year 2023-24 and Receive an Overview of the Citywide Strategic Plan <br />Project. <br />Recommendation: Provide a recommendation to the city council to adopt the draft council <br />priorities for fiscal year 2023-34 and receive an overview of the citywide strategic plan project. <br />Becky Hopkins, Assistant to the City Manager presented an overview of the item together with a <br />PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions raised by commissioners on both the draft <br />council priorities and the citywide strategic plan priorities. <br />Motion: It was m/s by Prakash/Sriram recommending City Council adopt the DRAFT Council <br />Priorities for Fiscal Year 2023/24. The motion passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Chew, Jadhav, Lam, Madanhavi, Pohray, Prakash, Saxena, Shah, <br />Shannon, Sriram, and Chair Shah. <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />4.
