PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY SUTTON SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY POLICY EXCLUSION – UNDERGROUND HORIZONTAL DRILLING OPERATIONS In addition to the exclusions set forth in other sections and endorsements in this Policy, the Company will not pay, is not liable for, and the Policy will not provide coverage for any claim related to, arising out of, or in any way involving “directional drilling.” For purposes of this endorsement, “directional drilling” means drilling, trenching, digging, or boring at a non-vertical angle, and includes but is not limited to slant drilling, horizontal directional drilling, or any other practice of drilling at a non-vertical angle. The foregoing exclusion applies regardless of the type or nature of the damage caused by such underground or subsurface operations, applies regardless of whether such damage was caused by liquid or solid materials, and applies regardless of any other cause or event (natural or man-caused) contributing or concurring, in any sequence, to the loss, liability, or damages. To the extent this endorsement conflicts with any other policy provisions, exclusions, or endorsements, the provisions of this endorsement will govern.
