No construction shall
be allowed on State or Federal Holidays or Sundays. The Director of Community
Development may allow earlier "start times" or later "stop times" for specific
construction activities, e.g., concrete pouring. All construction equipment shall
meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be
equipped with muffling devices. Prior to construction, the hours of construction
shall be posted on site.
10. DISTURBANCE COORDINATOR: The applicant shall designate a "disturbance
coordinator" who shall be responsible for responding to any complaints regarding
construction noise, dust, construction parking, etc. The coordinator (who may be
an employee of the general contractor) shall determine the cause of the
complaint and shall require the implementation of reasonable measures
warranted to correct the problem. A telephone number of the disturbance
coordinator shall be posted on the construction site fence and on the notification
sent to neighbors adjacent to the site. The sign shall also list an emergency after-
hours contact number for the disturbance coordinator, or designee.
Fees
11. FEES: The applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be
subject, prior to issuance of grading and/or building permits, or prior to
recordation of the final map, whichever is applicable. The type and amount of the
fees shall be those in effect at the time the permit is issued.
12. SCHOOL IMPACT FEES — COMMERCIAL: Prior to building permit issuance, the
applicant shall pay the required commercial development school impact fee as
prescribed by State law and as adopted by the Pleasanton Unified School District
(PUSD).
END
