STANTEC FEE SCHEDULE - 2025 <br />Compensation for all professional, technical, and administrative staff directly charging <br />time to the project is based upon the following fee schedule and charges. <br />HOURLY RATE DESCRIPTION <br />$254 –$290 Senior-level consultant or management <br />$217 –$240 Highly specialized technical professional or supervisor of groups of <br />professionals <br />$156 –206 Fully qualified professional/first complete level of specialization <br /> <br />OTHER LABOR RATES <br />Labor rates for expert testimony, litigation support, and depositions/court appearances <br />will be billed at a minimum of two times the above rates. If additional services are <br />authorized during the performance of a contract, compensation will be based on the <br />fee schedule in effect at the time the services are authorized. <br />DIRECT EXPENSES <br />• Direct expenses are billed at the amount charged, as described below, plus a <br />10% administration cost. <br />• Vehicles: current IRS reimbursable rate. <br />• Out-of-pocket expenses, including, but not limited to, travel, messenger service, <br />lodging, meals, blueprint, reproduction, and photographic services: Cost, as <br />charged to Stantec. <br />TERMS <br />Compensation and direct expenses are invoiced monthly and are payable upon <br />receipt. All labor rates will be subject to an annual increase.
