Pursuant to <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15367, the City of Pleasanton is the Lead Agency for the proposed project <br />and has discretionary authority over the proposed project and project approvals. The Draft EIR is <br />intended to address proposed public infrastructure improvements and future development that are <br />within the parameters of the proposed project as well as any required approvals necessary to <br />implement the proposed project. This document will also serve as a basis for soliciting comments <br />and input from members of the public and public agencies regarding the proposed project.
