The Housing Element Update was adopted on January 20, 2023, and further revised in August 2023. The Housing Element Update proposed to zone the project site as PUD-LDR/A/OS with a density range of 2 dwelling units per acre. 2.3.2 - Land Uses The project site plan is shown on Exhibit 2-6 and project components are summarized in Table 2-2.
