PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />Professional Liability Coverage Part <br />In consideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed that section IX. <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS, Item D. OTHER INSURANCE, is deleted in its entirety and replaced <br />with the following <br />This Policy is excess over any other valid and collectible insurance regardless of whether such other <br />insurance is primary, excess, contributory, contingent, or otherwise, unless such other insurance is <br />written to be specifically excess over the insurance provided by this Policy.
