RESOLUTION NO. 2025-068 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON AND THE PLEASANTON CITY EMPLOYEES <br /> ASSOCIATION/AFSCME LOCAL 955 FOR THE TERM OF APRIL 1, 2025, THROUGH <br /> MARCH 31, 2028 <br /> WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the <br /> Pleasanton City Employees Association/AFSCME Local 955 expired on March 31, 2025; and <br /> WHEREAS, representatives from the City of Pleasanton have met and conferred with <br /> representatives of the Pleasanton City Employees Association/AFSCME Local 955 and prepared <br /> a successor agreement covering the period April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2028. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of <br /> Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton City Employees <br /> Association/AFSCME Local 955 for the term commencing April 1, 2025, through March 31, <br /> 2028. <br /> SECTION 2. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the <br /> book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on December 16, 2025. <br /> I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br /> foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 16th day <br /> of December 2025, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Jalyn K ong ity Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> kay <br /> Daniel G.
