RESOLUTION NO. 2025-071 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE PLEASANTON PIONEER <br /> CEMETERY <br /> WHEREAS, fees for services at the cemetery have increased; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council voted on August 19, 2025 to temporarily pause the sale of <br /> casket plots beginning January 1, 2026; and <br /> WHEREAS, unbundling pricing packages allows for better long-term financial <br /> sustainability, with plot sales available for sale pre-need and services sold only at the time of <br /> need. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Amends the Master Fee Schedule to: <br /> Property Fees: <br /> Burial Plot Cremains $ 5,000 <br /> Baby Burial Plot Casket $ 5,000 <br /> (includes burial fee and property cost) <br /> Baby Burial Plot Cremains $ 3,700 <br /> (includes burial fee and property cost) <br /> Service Fees (Only offered at time of need): <br /> Single Casket Burial Fee $ 4,200 <br /> Cremated Remains Burial Fee $ 1,400 <br /> Weekend/Holiday Fee Casket $ 1,200 <br /> (Additional) <br /> Weekend/Holiday Fee Cremains $ 600 <br /> (Additional) <br /> Disinterment Fees: <br /> Casket Disinterment $4,200 <br /> Cremains Disinterment $ 1,650 <br /> Weekend/Holiday Fee $ 1,200 <br /> (Additional) <br /> Other Fees: <br /> Casket Vault $ 1,000 <br /> Cremains Vault $ 250 <br /> Grave Marker Installation $ 550 <br /> (Flush Marker 28"x 20') <br /> Bronze Marker Concrete Base $ 300 <br /> Marker Removal Fee $ 300 <br />
