All other printing and distribution of the documents will be the <br />responsibility of the City. <br />• Raney assumes that the City will handle any necessary tribal consultation pursuant to AB <br />52; however, Raney would be available to assist the City, upon request, and would <br />propose to amend the scope of work, schedule, and budget accordingly. <br />• Additional meetings and hearings can easily be accommodated upon request and would <br />be billed on a time-and-materials basis following Raney’s standard billing rates. <br />• Raney expects that all work will be completed within the budgeted time. If additional <br />time is necessary beyond that which has been budgeted due to unanticipated <br />circumstances, those items will need to be renegotiated. <br /> <br />Factors that would increase the scope of work and estimated costs outlined in the proposal <br />include: <br /> <br />• Attendance at additional virtual or in-person meetings or hearings; <br />• Printing of reports; <br />• Analysis of additional issues beyond those discussed in this proposal or a more detailed <br />level of analysis than described in this proposal; <br />• Additional comments and subsequent revisions beyond those included in this scope of <br />work; <br />• Receipt of extensive public comments on the Public Review IS/MND; <br />• Changes in the project; and <br />• Collection of data required beyond that described in this proposal. <br /> <br />Raney would propose to renegotiate these items, if required, or charge on a time-and-materials <br />basis. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal for your consideration.
