City of Pleasanton, CA <br />Proposal to Conduct a Citywide Organizational Assessment <br />Section C—Citygate Cost Proposal Page 18 <br />SECTION C—CITYGATE COST PROPOSAL <br />C.1 PROPOSAL COST <br />Our charges are based on actual time spent by our consultants at their established billing rates, plus <br />reimbursable expenses incurred in conjunction with travel, printing, clerical, and support services <br />related to the engagement. If our proposed scope of work and/or costs are not in alignment with City needs or <br />established budget, we are open to discussing modification of our proposed scope of work, travel, <br />and associated costs. <br />C.1.2 Optional Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department Assessment <br />The cost of the optional Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department is shown in the following table, <br />and does not include a deployment or Standards of Coverage analysis.
