City of Pleasanton, CA
Proposal to Conduct a Citywide Organizational Assessment
Section C—Citygate Cost Proposal Page 20
C.1.4 Billing Schedule
Citygate offers two payment schedule options to meet the City’s needs:
One option is a fixed monthly fee across the project schedule, which creates clarity and
predictability for the City. The first monthly invoice would be issued upon contract execution.
The other option is a time-and-materials monthly billing schedule up to the not-to-exceed cost,
including a 10 percent (10%) project advance that would be credited to our last invoice. Either
billing method includes the first invoice being sent upon execution of the contract.
Our invoices are payable within thirty (30) days. Citygate’s billing terms are net thirty (30) days
plus two percent (2%) for day thirty-one (31) and two percent (2%) per month thereafter. Our
practice is to send both our monthly status report and invoice electronically. If we are selected for
this project, we will request the email for the appropriate recipients of the electronic documents.
Hard copies of these documents will be provided only upon request. We prefer to receive payment
through ACH Transfer, if available.
