The pipe diameter, year installed, and material have been pulled from the Sewer Lift Station Assessment for LS-13. 1.3.3 Private Laterals and Systems Sewer service laterals are owned by the property owner and therefore are the responsibility of the property owner to maintain. The City will not service, repair, rehabilitate, or replace any portion of sewer service laterals from the building to the public sewer main. 1.3.4 Wastewater Treatment The City has agreements with DSRSD and City of Livermore (for Ruby Hill area only) for wastewater treatment and is a member of the Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency (LAVWMA) for treated wastewater disposal.
