We
stay in the Ironwood community across the property.

I fully support the application at 2207 Martin Ave. To my understanding, the family has
followed every city requirement and demonstrated zero off-property light impact.
It is also concerning that the opposing neighbors appear to have raised repeated complaints
unrelated to actual code issues. Their yard is itself not very well maintained and is a sore
eyesight for everyone walking on Martin avenue.
This has created unnecessary tension and avoidable use of City time. The applicants have
shown willingness to communicate; the opposition has not.
Please uphold the Planning Commission decision and let the city prosper by having the
residents invest in making the properties better and removing unnecessary hurdles.
Thank you,
Madhur and Sumeera Grover
