PGS Franchise Agreement <br />Please consider provisions to specify PGS compliance with requiring covered <br />truck loads to reduce litter and debris on streets, particularly Busch Road. <br />Mandate a user fee for non-compliance, otherwise if denied entry by PGS the <br />trucks loads will illegally dump. <br />Require weekly PGS street sweeping and debris removal along Busch Road <br />and Busch/Valley Avenue intersection, the primary access route to PGS. <br />Dangerous debris like wood, broken glass, metal, construction materials, etc. <br />is hazardous to bicyclists and motorists.
