<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />APPROVING COMPENSATION FOR TEMPORARY, PART-TIME/SEASONAL <br />CLASSIFICATIONS AND AMENDING THE SALARY STRUCTURE <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the City’s temporary employees is set forth in the City’s <br />Temporary, Part-time/Seasonal Classification Salary Structure; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to increase <br />the minimum wage for each Temporary, Part-time/Seasonal classification to comply with <br />California’s minimum wage increase; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to amend the <br />temporary classifications as necessary. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Amends the Temporary, Part-time/Seasonal Classification Salary Structure <br />effective January 1, 2026, for temporary employees as provided in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
