18 | P a g e <br /> <br /> <br />60+ Late Trip Any trip provided to a rider/group where the driver <br />arrives 60 minutes or more past the pick-up window. <br />Ride time standard <br />(door-to-door service only) <br />Riders shall spend no more than 60 minutes on <br />board a vehicle for trips within Pleasanton. <br />Trip problems outside of <br />CONTRACTOR’s control <br />Ride problems specifically caused by excessive <br />traffic, rider error, or vehicle breakdown will <br />not be counted when assessing penalties under <br />the AGREEMENT. <br />Additional incidents that both the CITY and <br />CONTRACTOR agree are outside of the <br />CONTRACTOR’s control (i.e. accident where <br />CONTRACTOR was not at fault) will also not be <br />counted when assessing liquidated damages. <br />Voucher A small, printed piece of paper that entitles the holder <br />to a trip.
