The decision of the Zoning Administrator shall be effective pursuant to the procedures outlined in Chapter 18.144 unless otherwise appealed. Chapter 18.132 Variances § 18.132.050 Action by Zoning Administrator. A. The Zoning Administrator may grant, grant in modified form, condition, or deny a request for a variance.
