Phasing of work will result in additional <br />cost due to lost productivity and mobilization cost. <br />= Layout for our work is based on acceptable survey points (line and grade) provided by others at acceptable <br /> offsets and intervals. <br />= Sub-grade and rock grade to be left within +/- 0.10 <br />= Paving price is based on paving during 2025 and plant posted price of $710.00 per <br /> liquid ton of asphalt. Any increase in posted refinery price at the time of paving is to be added <br /> to our contract. Adjustments based on the Valero posted PG64-10 pricing. <br />= Any material to be exported will require a letter from the owner with accompanying Laboratory analysis <br /> certifying the material is not toxic and non hazardous. <br />= Soil off haul is based on unrestricted use of clean soil, unless specified above. <br />= This bid is based on the availability of an on site water source. <br />= Any work requested by the Owner/Client to be performed in inclement weather or over optimum moisture <br /> conditions will result in additional cost and be treated as a change order. <br />= Asphalt must have 2% grade fall or more for proper drainage. If the design is less then 2% no guaranty will be <br />made that puddling will not occur. Any repairs requested therefore will be at the cost of the owner. <br />= Work priced to be performed during normal working hours, weekdays. <br />= Standard warranty for asphalt is one year excluding normal ware.
