Future Planning Calendar Page 1 of 1 May 14, 2025 <br />Planning Commission <br />Agenda Report <br />May 14, 2025 <br />Item 8 <br />SUBJECT: Future Planning Calendar <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recommending the City <br />Council approve Amendments to Chapters 18.08, 18.48, 18.84, 18.88, 18.92, 18.96, AND <br />Table 18.44.080 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code (PMC) to: (1) modify the definitions of both <br />Light and Heavy Industrial; (2) establish the definition of an Innovation-Based Business (IBB); <br />(3) modify Table 18.44.080 to permit, by-right, IBB uses in the I-P, O, PUD-C-O, PUD-I, PUD- <br />I/C-O, PUD-MU, and all of the non-residential zones within the Hacienda PUD project area <br />(OGPD, OPD, OMPD, CDP, IPD, MOIPD, MCOIRPD, and MCOIPD Districts) Districts; (4) <br />modify the Design Review requirements for (a) industrial tenants leasing space in a previously <br />reviewed and approved building; and (b) and industrial tenants that are permitted by right <br />within an industrial zone; and (5) modify specific and related development standards for all <br />Industrial Districts, as filed under case no. P25-0192 <br />P24-0532 - Application for Design Review approval to construct a three-story, approximately <br />66,000-square-foot building addition, one water and one wastewater storage tanks, and related <br />site improvements for Standford Health Care Tri-Valley located at 5555 W. Las Positas <br />Boulevard.
