City of Pleasanton Capital Improvement Program • FY 2025/26 - FY 2029/30 88 <br />The replacement of roofs, insulation, and HVAC sys- <br />tems is essential to maintaining the safety, function- <br />ality, and energy efficiency of City-owned facilities. <br />Aging infrastructure leads to higher maintenance <br />costs and decreased occupant comfort. By address- <br />ing 9 HVAC units and 9 roof systems, this project will <br />improve building performance, reduce operational <br />disruptions, and enhance long-term sustainability, <br />aligning with the City’s commitment to maintaining <br />reliable public facilities. <br />Annual Facility Replacement <br />Project Number: FY349 <br />Facilities <br />This project involves the study of City-owned facility <br />space use and the replacement of aging roofs, insu- <br />lation, and HVAC systems across multiple City-owned <br />facilities.
