City of Pleasanton Capital Improvement Program • FY 2025/26 - FY 2029/30 62 <br />This project will improve service levels and reduce <br />operations and maintenance costs for the City’s <br />water distribution system by enhancing fire flow <br />capacity, customer service capacity, and the con- <br />dition of aging assets. The existing pump station is <br />reaching the end of its useful life and is in need of <br />replacement. <br />Grey Eagle Pump Station Replacement <br />Project Number: 30194 <br />Water <br />The Grey Eagle pipeline and pump station transfers <br />water from the Grey Eagle Pressure Zone to the Kotting- <br />er Pressure Zone, as outlined in the City’s Water System <br />Management Plan (WSMP).
