Please provide information on whether the facility would be open to the public when not in <br />use. THE FACILITY WILL NOT BE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC WHEN NOT IN USE. BY <br />THIS I MEAN ITS NOT OPEN LIKE A BASKETBALL COURT AT A CITY PARK IS OPEN ON A <br />FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. ANOTHER EXAMPLE IS THE PUBLIC CAN RENT A COURT <br />FOR SUCH THINGS AS OUR BIRTHDAY PROGRAM FOR THEIR SON/DAUGHTER AND UP TO <br />12 FRIENDS. <br /> <br />3. Please show how the facility would be secured when not in use.-THE FACILITY WILL BE <br />LOCKED AND NON ACCESSIBLE WHEN NOT IN USE.
