Actions of the City Council Page 1 of 1 Planning Commission <br /> <br /> Planning Commission <br />Agenda Report <br /> July 23, 2025 <br /> Item 2 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Actions of the City Council <br /> <br />July 15, 2025 <br />Consent Calendar: <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with <br />TJKM Transportation Consultants, in the amount of $298,343 for the development of the <br />Pleasanton Transportation Safety Action Plan, and approve budget amendments in the <br />Operating Grants Fund for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, for $240,000 in grant revenue and <br />expenditure for the Safe Streets for All Grant <br />Adopt a resolution approving the Second Amendment to the Affordable Housing Agreement <br />between the City of Pleasanton and Avalon Pleasanton, L.P., for the Avalon Pleasanton <br />residential development, as filed under Case No. PUD-85-08-1D-6M <br />Receive an update on the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station Concept Plan project and adopt a <br />resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the <br />San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District to cooperatively plan for and consider <br />development at and around the BART Station in Pleasanton <br />Approve the Housing and Human Services Grant Program and the Action Plan for the Use of <br />Community Development Block Grant Program <br />a. Adopt a resolution approving the allocation of Housing and Human Services Grant <br />Program funds for the Fiscal Year 2025/26 grant funding cycle <br />b. Approve the 5-Year Consolidated Plan (FY 2025-2029) and the Annual Action Plan (FY <br />2025-2026) for the use of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds <br />Council approved the consent calendar, as recommended.
