7MQ5, 2:58 PM
2. It's also great to see the vines along Vineyard Ave, which will make this development fit with the
"Vineyard Village" concept in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan (Point 46 in our June
2023 letter).
3. The Tentative Map has a "Connection Subject to PAE Acceptance by Neighboring Reserve HOA
Property Owner' next to the vines. Please reach out to Jennifer Jacklich,
(cc -0), the Reserve's HOA's manager. If you have trouble
getting through, feel free to let me know.
4. On the Thiessen side, Nita Trivedi, -, (cc -0) has asked Trumark to
reach out through her to the Chateau Heights HMA in order to coordinate some landscaping plans
the HMA is considering.
Traffic Safety Measures
1. The new striping plan for Vineyard Ave that incorporates acceleration lanes seems like an
improvement which should help with the road safety of intersections at Thiessen St & Vineyard
Ave, and Manoir Ln & Vineyard Ave (point #10 in the June 2023 letter).
2. Please fix the "Your Speed" sign ahead of Vineyard Terrace and consider adding one ahead of
Thiessen St.
3. There is still concern especially among residents that use Thiessen St that more can and should
be done to improve road safety at that intersection, possibly by implementing traffic calming
measures like traffic lights, roundabouts, and / or the installation of a center median. Hopefully the
City and Trumark can address this safety issue.
Sincerely,
Igor Ginzburg
hdpslPo flo k.offm.wm mallnboi&A Qk Dk ZDg2MzOzLTZ EtNG14Z51 iNDg3LW04YzhhNjaOGZmO0AQAL eMW MiPE1y52 DM...
