Resolution No. PC-2025-19 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Avenue, subject to the Conditions of Approval shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 6: The Planning Commission directs the Planning Manager to file a Notice of <br />Exemption with the Alameda County Clerk. <br /> <br />Section 7: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
