KNOX BOX AND KEYPAD: Gate must be accessible via both Knox box by-pass key switch and <br />keypad. The keypad code must be provided to the Pleasanton Police Department. <br /> <br />28. FIRE CODE: All construction shall conform to the requirements of the 2016 Pleasanton Fire Code <br />and local ordinances. LANDSCAPING: Detail regarding impact to landscape and irrigation plans shall be included in the <br />building permit plans. Landscape and irrigation must be replaced on-site should any be impacted <br />by the gate placement, at the discretion of the City Landscape Architect.
