The garage provides 507 parking spaces
about 1,000 feet northeast of the station entrance and includes electric vehicle (EV) charging
stations. The garage charges a daily rate of $3, consistent with the current daily rate at BART
parking facilities. Our April 2025 observations show minimal usage of the garage, except the EV
charging stations on the first level.
The following on-street parking is available near the station:

• Owens Drive provides 22 median-protected angled parking spaces on the south side of
the street along the station frontage; these spaces include one EV charging space and
two accessible spaces. These on-street spaces were approximately 60 percent occupied
during our site visit.
• Willow Road provides 12 parallel on-street parking spaces approximately 0.2 miles south
of the station. These spaces were about 40 percent occupied during our site visit.
These on-street parking spaces have a two-hour time limit, making them unsuitable for most
BART riders.
DRA
F
T
