<br />Checklist prepared under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for Design <br />Review (filed under case No. P24-0596 and Vesting Tentative Tract Map 8724), and <br />therefore no additional environmental review is required. The minor amendment is also <br />not considered a project under CEQA. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Planning Commission finds that the minor amendment to Vesting <br />Tentative Tract Map 8724 is made to correct an omission of street names under the <br />Subdivision Map Act and does not affect any property rights. <br /> <br />Section 3: Based on the Planning Commission’s independent review of the Record <br />Evidence and considerations, the Planning Commission hereby approves a minor <br />amendment to Vesting Tentative Tract Map 8724 to include the private street names of <br />“Domaine Court,” “Crimson Street,” as set forth in Attachment 1 to this Resolution. <br />Other than the inclusion of street names to Vesting Tentative Tract Map 8 724, Vesting <br />Tentative Tract Map 8724 remains unchanged. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on October 22, 2025, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />_____________________________ ______________________________ <br />Eric Luchini Ken Morgan <br />Secretary, Planning Commission Chair <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Julie Harryman <br />Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
