<br />Kimley-Horn offers a highly skilled, experienced, and responsive team of professionals that has a proven record of
<br />successfully working with cities, counties, and other municipalities throughout California to provide expert consultation on
<br />variety of long-range planning projects. For this project, the Kimley-Horn team will be led by Blake Silkwood, PE, QSD.
<br />The location of our key staff members has been provided on their resumes, and their level of effort has been provided in
<br />the Level of Effort table provided in the Level of Effort Table in Section 4 of the proposal. Kimley-Horn will not substitute
<br />key staff without prior written consent of the City.
