<br />Would Monument be interested in submitting a proposal to do the work necessary <br />leading to a permanent easement for the new and existing facilities? If so, I can send you <br />the PTR and other related documentation. I don’t have a firm schedule for easement <br />acquisition completion but would like to shoot for 6 months if possible. No surveying has <br />been done so far.
