Scoring of each alternative based on the selected weighted evaluation criteria. <br />Present findings on a chart that plots life cycle costs vs. evaluation score for each <br />alternative. <br />Task 5 – Report <br />The purpose of this task is for the Consultant to develop a report that summarizes findings and <br />recommendations. The report should include at a minimum the following sections: 1) <br />introduction, 2) summary of baseline alternative, 3) summary of Joint Project, 4) summary of <br />City Project, 5) alternatives comparison, and 6) recommendation. <br />The Consultant will submit a draft report and final report that incorporates City comments.
