Local Revenue Measure Results November 2024 – 4 – December 6, 2024 Final <br /> <br />CaliforniaCityFinance.com <br />School Measures <br />There were 267 school bond measures this election, all but one requiring 55% voter approval. <br />Pleasant View Elementary School District’s Measure J exceeds the tax rate limits stipulated in <br />Proposition 39 (2000) to be passed with 55% approval. It still passed with more than the two-thirds <br />approval it needed. Voters approved $45.4 billion of local school construction bonds of the $50 billion <br />proposed from $9 billion for Los Angeles Unified School District, $790 million for San Francisco Unified <br />School District, and $3.5 billion for San Diego Community College District. The Kingsburg High School <br />(Fresno) and Elverta (Sacramento) measures each failed by just three votes.
