THE CITY OF <br />Request for Qualifications for <br />f)L£ASANTON.On-Call Consulting Services-Civil <br />OVERHEAD AND MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES: <br />1. The following outside expenses will be billed at actual cost plus 15%: <br />Delivery Service <br />Reproduction <br />Travel & Expenses <br />2. Mileage will be billed at the Standard IRS Rate (currently.56 cents/mile) subject to <br />annual adjustment. <br />3. All Subconsultant fees, overhead and miscellaneous charges will be billed at actual cost <br />plus 10% markup. <br />4.
