There being no speakers, Mayor Balch <br /> closed the public comment. <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> Councilmember Eicher requested a revisit of Downtown ground floor use restrictions at <br /> a future City Council meeting. City Manager Beaudin requested if the City Council <br /> would be willing to have the item be considered with the next City Council workplan <br /> review in a month and a half. The City Council agreed to the future update. <br /> Councilmember Gaidos asked if a formal request was needed to initiate a new <br /> appointment to the Altamont Community Monitor Committee.
