Resolution No. PC-2026-01 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />C.That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of the zoning ordinance. <br />The subject site's zoning conditionally permits the establishment of a bar. <br />Granting a CUP for the bar would be consistent with the City's ability to regulate <br />zoning as listed in Chapter 18.124 of the Municipal Code.
