Bureau Veritas has no financial, business, or other relationship with the City of Pleasanton that may have <br />an impact upon the outcome of the contract or the construction project. <br />b. There are no clients of BV that may have a financial interest in the outcome of this contract or the <br />construction project that will follow. <br />c. BV has no financial interest or relationship with any construction company that might submit a bid on the <br />construction project. <br />d. BV has no staffing or company relationship with staff or City employee that may have any involvement or <br />benefit to the outcome of the contract. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> LITIGATION <br /> <br />In the course of our business meritless claims arise from time to time. It is BV’s policy not to <br />comment on any current litigation.
