XIV. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement contains the entire agreement between Parties. No promise, <br />representation, warranty, or covenant not included in the Agreement has been or is relied on by <br />any Party. <br />XV. AMENDMENTS <br />This Agreement may be amended upon written consent of all parties to this Agreement. <br />XVI. DURATION <br />This Agreement shall remain in force and effect for twenty-five (25) years. <br />XVII. MISCELLANEOUS <br />a. Severability. If any section or portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid, <br />such findings shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the Agreement, <br />which shall continue in full force and effect. <br />b. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterpart. <br />c. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of <br />California.
