Scope of Work <br /> <br />The City of Pleasanton is granting CDBG funding to Tri-Valley Haven (TVH) for the rebuild of <br />TVH’s emergency shelter at a confidential location in the City of Livermore. <br />The project includes the construction of three, one-story buildings, which will serve as a <br />new emergency shelter.
