Rael & Letson <br />OPEB Actuarial Services Fee Letter ◥ City of Pleasanton 2 <br />Fees and Timing <br />Following are the proposed project fees and timing: <br /> <br />Project <br />Approximate <br />Commencement/ <br />Completion Fees <br />June 30, 2025 OPEB valuations March 2026/ <br />May 2026 <br />$ 26,000 <br />2025/26 GASB 75 disclosures August 2026 5,600 <br />2026/27 GASB 75 disclosures August 2027 5,600 <br />Total $ 37,200 <br /> <br />These fees assume that all communications will be via phone or email rather than in-person. <br /> <br />Any additional tasks will be charged at hourly rates. We will provide a fee estimate with the <br />applicable hourly rates before any work commences. <br /> <br />The June 30, 2025 valuation reports will be delivered within six to eight weeks after receiving <br />complete and clean census data and asset information. GASB 75 reports will be delivered within <br />three to four weeks after receiving year-end data. <br /> <br />We will send you a data request for each project separately. <br /> <br />Again, thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal.
