Frame a new interior wall from floor to T-bar ceiling grid <br />1. Construct framing using 2” x 4” metal studs <br />Electrical <br />1. Install four (4) new electrical receptacles <br />1. Install new T-bar ceiling lights with a dedicated switch <br />1. Remove existing garbage disposal and associated electrical components (as applicable) <br />Drywall <br />1. Install 5/8” drywall on new wall surfaces <br />1. Tape, finish, and texture to match existing adjacent finishes <br />Primer and Paint <br />1. Prime and paint both sides of the new wall, corner to corner <br />1. Match existing paint color and finish <br />Baseboard <br />1. Install new baseboard on both sides of the wall <br />1. Match existing baseboard style and finish <br />Cabinet Wall / Finish Work <br />1. Remove existing cabinets <br />1. Smooth and finish wall surfaces where cabinets were removed <br />1.
