The Crown in Pleasanton Page 1 of 1

Steve Otto

From: Susan Unger [sunger@legato.com]
Sent: Sunday, September 07, 2003 9:25 PM
To: Steve Otto

Subject: The Crown in Pleasanton

I'm sorry I won't be able to attend the meeting regarding the Crown this coming Wednesday, but I'd like to state that I really enjoy the Crown
Restaurant and Pub in Danville, and I hope that downtown Pleasamon would benefit from this type of venue as well. I frequent the Crown at
least once a week, and find the food very good for the value, the service is always friendly, and the management is accommodating and
capable. Many &the staffhave been with the restaurant since its opening, which tells me the owners/managers are treating people well. I
have brought guests in from 4 to 78 years old, and it is always a good experience for everyone. I would think it could help, rather than deter
from, other establishments in downtown Pleasanton as well.

Anyway, my two cents (or whatever the equivalent happens to be - pittance?).

Regards,

Susan Unger

9/8/2003
